Having qualified at the respected Fluminense School of Medicine, Dr Robles moved to the UK early in her career. A mix of experience, training and skill seeing her entered on the specialist register in 1996.
Time as a consultant dermatologist brought further progress. Five years as Lead Clinician in the dermatology department of Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals, before being appointed as Clinical Director for Speciality Medicine.
An active member of The British Association of Dermatologists, Dr Robles part in taking dermatology forward has made a difference. From the research during her own Phd in anti fungal medicine, to teaching fellow dermatologists.
Published papers and contributions to a book on systemic drug treatment in dermatology have added more. As do her skills on healthcare management and the continuing support given to the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
The value she brings to Skin Care Network patients matters equally. Through adopting the latest techniques and serving a wide age group, Dr Robles level of understanding on paediatric treatment is often welcomed.
